Vacaville is having revival! We are so excited, this past sunday service we baptized the sweetest young couple! A couple of weeks before Camp Meeting it was Jonathan & Joshua from our sunday school who got baptized as well. The waters are being stirred in Vacaville & we are believing this is only the beginning! Thank you Jesus!

Camp Meeting 2008
What a awesome camp meeting we had this year! I was so happy we were able to attend the last 3 nights. Although we did not stay on the grounds this year, which felt so weird, we did enjoy our stay very much.
I have only a few pictures to post but that's OK, since I'm pretty sure Camp Meeting was fully documented by all the other "bloggers" lol. It seemed everyone had cameras & were taking pictures saying "smile, this is going on my blog":) Blogging has become so much fun & such a great way to stay in touch.
Camp Meeting was so refreshing to me. I truly enjoyed not only the night services but the day services w/ Bro. Davis which impacted my life deeply. Ever since I was a little girl riding my bike or roller blading around the grounds, the Western District Camp Meeting has always been my favorite "conference" to attend.I look forward to next year already!

~Chicago~
~This past week I have been in Illinois. My sister & her family are moving back to Napa, Ca...Hallelujah! While back there for a few days to help her pack, they took Brandon & I to Chicago for a day. I love Chicago! It is such a clean beautiful city. After just being in San Francisco you can see such a drastic difference. We had a wonderful time! Of course it would have been so much better if my husband had been there!:) Tim is in Texas right now. We went & did as much as you can in one day in Chicago & ended the day w/ a boat ride that was the cherry on top. It made me think of a place that use to be known as Marine World USA in Vallejo that had a ski show, because your on a speed boat that is doing 360s out on the lake w/ the music just blasting & the wind is so strong against you. Of course you get a little wet, but its worth it! Anyways, Chicago was alot of fun but the most exciting part is that Erica, Scott & the kids will be back in California!~

~Waiting~
~It seems I have been patiently waiting for months to get our house. The house we have placed an offer on is a short sale, which I believe I've stated before that there is nothing "short" about a short sale. Getting this house means so much to me since I've never lived/owned/rented a house these 5 yrs of being married. We had a home, a home on wheels:) We truly loved our 5Th wheel, it was home on the road! Now that it has sold & we are in Vacaville we are "patiently" waiting for the final approval of the sellers bank to finalize the approval. I know many of you have already gone through this process & it's just life, but to me it is so exciting. I can't wait to paint my walls!:) I thank God for his many wonderful blessings! Without God how could there be any joy in life~

Welcome Home Brandon

~Our soldier is finally home! We are so proud of you. You have accomplished alot in your 4 short years in the U.S.Army. You became a part of the elite & prestigious Brotherhood of Paratroopers(hoorah!). You furthered yourself in the military by joining Special Forces Psyop(Physcological Operations). You served your country with honor & gave your family such pride in having served 2 successful tours in Iraq. Thank you for putting your life on the line, fighting for our freedom. We love & appreciate you, thank you for this great sacrifice. Welcome home!
